Call center Received call June 2022. Stated they were calling about a social housing repair scheme and were there any issues with damp, outstanding repairs. I told them I was not in social housing and they asked if I owned my home. I said yes (to get them off the phone) and they hung up. When you call the number back you get an automated message for a company In Debt Services Management (nothing to do with social housing repairs). Beware of this company (sounds like an overseas call centre)
Called me on my mobile and when I answered call dropped. I tried calling it back several times but no luck. Spam.

I answered and they mentioned something about EE, then asked me how much I pay per month, I responded, no thanks I've just started a new contract. They then said "I never asked you to change your contract", I then said, I will stop you there and just tell you I am not interested, he then responded repeatedly, "GO FCK YOURSELF". Pretended to be from Virgin Media to resolve my broadband problem, I am not with Virgin Media, I hung up.
I called back this number and it said it was a unrecognised number so seems like a scam. It was on my work number so its annoying as you think you missed a important call.

Fraud - claimed to be welsh government doing a survey on employment but the gov know my household is not employed due to sickness and being a full time carer The only companies are HMRC and DWP you should speak to, and they rarely call you without a letter to inform. Or, a letter reccomending to call them to resolve an issue. DO NOT TRUST. They will try collecting personal information.
