Text message from this number purporting to be Lloyds Bank and saying I must complete 'validation' by Clicking a link or risk account suspension. I have no Lloyds Bank accounts.
Caller pulled my details from charity registrar. Charity registrar should protect data and not giving out freely to scammers.
SCAM I was called from this number and told they were B.T engineers, and after keeping the Asian person on the line through broken English I was transferred to a total of 4 different people, all sounding of Asian orientation India I think. Finally, I was asked to go to the google play store and download ANYDESK and install it.I got a bit fed up with the call then and told them it's a scam and I wasn't even on the internet and hung up. but Anydesk would have allowed the people to (take over ) my device.

Called at 09:45. I answered but said nothing as I didn’t recognise the number, so they hung up, which I felt was very rude. After a few minutes I rang back, it went through to a voicemail which said it was Crown Glazing and if I pressed 1 then they would stop calling me. Do they think I am an amateur!? Automated call A number that shows up as a local call on my landline (without prefix)..However, it is followed by the well-known 7 bleeps and a pre-recorded message saying "Thank you for calling". I have received hundreds of calls of this type from numbers all over the country. Why it seems to be impossible to put a stop to the company that is responsible for these nuisance calls is something I simply do not understand.
