It's halifax online banking absolutely top service I was talking to them last night and was walked step by step right through the full app and was able to initiate extra online and security triggers and enable spend and activity alerts direct to me along with unusual or unnecessary activity raisingvan alert to the fraud desk and me. Indian scammers claiming to be Currys offering a phone deal He was difficult to understand because of his poor English Told him I was in Manchester and worked for Currys and started to ask him questions which he couldn’t answer Ask them what time it is and the weather conditions then their office location and tell them you live down the road
This was an automated voice saying they were Amazon and I had been charged £95 for their Prime service - press one if I wanted to speak with someone or 2 if.... I had the same call from a different number the previous day and from a withheld number earlier this afternoon. This is obviously a scam of some sort.

This number called me this morning 10.02 am. What appeared to be recorded message told me that they were speaking from Visa and my card had been used to place an £800 bet in the USA, if this wasn't me press a button on the phone. I hung-up without responding and have confirmed this was not true, another scam.
