called about 4 times already. I don't answer let all unknown numbers go straight to machine they don't leave a message

i want to know if they are genuine

It is obvious that the firm making these calls is also manipulating this forum. Both are equally shite. In my case they have a pretend-itslocal pseudo number. Jail for you soon. Not soon enough.

Police follow up call

This number suddenly dialled itself from my phone while I was playing an online game. I was charged ?2.50 for the call. The number is not in my contacts and I did not have the keypad open at the time. I realised what was happening when a notification came up on my phone game page.

I just received a call from this number on my work iPhone (how did they get my number?!). I ignored the call, Googled the number, reached this page. Based on these comments, I have blocked the number using my iPhone software.

Caught by CPR Callblocker! Unsolicited, and did not leave a message. We already have solar panels anyway!

As I live in Yeovil I ve been caught out twice by this company. Introduced themselves as the National Workers Organisation (? noisy line) and said I had been brought to their attention because of workplace injury caused by noise. Yeah, right!

Phoned at 13.20 29 April purporting to be from Halifax Fraud department stating there had been suspect activity on my account and requesting various card details in order to cancel the transactions. I called the Halifax Fraud number and cancelled my card.

I did recognise the number so I did not answer, it s a missed call.

I have had two calls today, which I answered but nobody spoke. Real nuisance. Even when phone was on silence mode, it rang when I was in a meeting. Hope something can be done.
