I asked if they were aware of the telephone preference service (which my number has been registered for over two months ago), no answer. when asked who they are, they said just a company called 'preferential', but when asked for company number and more details they said their goodbye and hung up on me. have a glut of similar spam numbers so clearly all same
I think this is a scam . Phoned about my bank wanting me tp phone them . Dont do it check with your bank first as this has come from germany .

It is Wateraid charity who are calling with this number. They've been calling me a number of times and are quite persistent in doing so. I already am subscribed to them and pay monthly. However they call asking for increase in monthly donation- have to say

01794399253 called my landline on Thursday 13 July and a recorded message advised me that money had been transferred from my account and to key 1 to sort it. 01794 is a Romsey UK number as is my number so I assumed it was local. I did not continue with the call. It was the same as other messages that I have received recently mentioned Amazon. How do scammers phone from local numbers?
This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back - proba

Similar number 2070193026 is already reported here with accident claims - probably this one is the same case, same call centre? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?
