Caller said there was a problem with the computer and that we should log in and they would help. I Questioned him about his phone number and address where he was located and he started shouting that I should end call or log into computer. Asked to speak to his supervisor and he said the same and that he would phone back later. I did not trust this call.

please stop this stupid calling which leaves the phone dead when answered and a very upset elderly lady who cannot understand why this is happening to her. It takes her some considerable time to get to the telephone and then no one talks! Dangerous beyond belief!!!!
