I have no idea what s more annoying, the "cold calls" or the "silent calls". At least with the "cold calls" someone is actually there. The about of "silent calls" we are getting is ridiculous. We ve even rung BT to see if there s a fault with our phone line... No, nothing wrong with the phone line at all. Hope the idiots that ring only to put it down as soon as you answer are proud of themselves. I even rung someone back one day because they had put the phone down (I was next to the phone when it rang). The

Call center rang my number 8 times in a row despite rejecting call whilst driving......annoying, blocked number.
BT SCAM
Some company who claims to be some sort of educational service , completely ignored my request to remove my details from their system. Very rude, just ignore and block the number.
