I have about 3 or 4 missed calls from these DAILY. As im at work, I cant answer but on the odd occasion I have, they just hang up. They never leave a voicemail and i'm getting a tad hacked off. Said they were wanting information so they would tell me how much PPI I was owed. Wanted my borrowing history over 15 years. They asked me security questions but I kept saying I didn t know who there were and not happy to give out personal information. Conversation kept going in circles as they couldn t give me answers I wanted. Called me Mrs which has never been my status!

I think the chap said he was calling from Instant Law and was calling about the "not your fault accident claim" in January of lat year. I said he had the wrong number to which he said it might be to do with a window replacement claim. He could not give me a car registration or the name of an insurance company so I told him I couldn't help him. He hung up.
