DANGER ! Definitely Spam. Lady with Indian accent as O2 customer service telling me they had received multiple complaints about signal problem. I said I was satisfied with signal coverage. She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Put down the phone.

Asked to connect to me then said transferring to a manager and call cut. Assume some sort of scam.

SCAM Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!

Scam caller claiming to be from Virgin. The call was made by an official sounding call centre (the woman sounded Indian). SCAM - 07846351184 - Supposed to be from my mobile provider - Very strong Indian Accent - Offering, free texts, calls and download for £12.00 monthly - Asked him that if he was from my provider, when did my contract run out and had to repeat that 3 times - he eventually answered saying July - I shouted WRONG at him and he disconnected.
