A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. He said he was going to pass me to customer service. I then spoke to the next Asian guy who said he would send me a message and to except it (phone malware). Once I understood how the scam worked I told him that I wasn't with O2 and it was a scam. He g

Call center very unpleasant man asking about replacing windows, I told him it was none of his business & was about to say if I need new windows I’ll contact companies myself but a red mist came over him & in a angry tone he talked over me lecturing me about manners, of which he had none & then he put the phone down. Called twice within the hour during the evening. Nottingham code. We live hundreds of miles from there! Left answer machine to deal with it. Recorded message saying there was a power cut in our area (there was not) press a number to acknowledge we'd heard the message (we didn't). We unplugged the phone overnight as they'd said they'd let us know when the power would be back on. Odd!

Received a call this morning from the above number. Said that my pension was now due for review. Said they were the PENSIONS ADVICE BUREAU and confirmed my address and postcode. Said they were conducting reviews on UK pensions and that my pension was due for review. Seems strange as I have no pension nor is one then up for review. Told her this and then she apologised and said that the number would be removed form the system. I asked her questions about what the mature of their business was. Told pensions
