Got a call from this number claiming I had been involved in an accident. The company was not local but they had managed to scam a local number so that it improved their chances of getting me to answer the call. It worked. Beware dodgy firms can use any number they wish now and it will come up on your phone, be very careful you can't rely on the number that comes up on your phone now. Watch out if it comes up as your bank dialling you "it may not be your bank" ???????? Be Careful

Recorded message saying my BT internet would be cut off, I had options to speak to them by pressing 1 or, if I wanted it cut off, press 2. I hung up and dialled 1471 and the service told me it was a call from this number. I don't know what the scam is.
