Asked who they were, as didn t recognise number said if they were cold calling I wasn t interested. Then attitude became aggressive as I "needed" to listen to them. Fraud BEWARE THEY WILL CON YOU pretending to be a loan company, they ask for the first installment to be paid as they need to be sure you can afford it, which I paid, they then said that they would require a tax payment that HMRC required before your loan is paid, which I refused to pay, they are piggybacking a company called nouveau finance (this company only deals with mortgages and is a legitimate company, who don't have sister companies)YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK NOR THE LOAN
They called up impersonating HMRC with an automated message saying that there has been tax fraud in your name and that you will be arrested shortly if you don't press 1 and speak to someone immediately

I suspect that it s a Skype type call from a foreign country - they usually come up with a number that looks like a uk STD code but could be from anywhere in the world.
