I explained my mum didn’t have a life insurence policy and she has recently passed away. I was asking for details of the life insurence and he couldn’t answer my question. He apologised and hung up!!! Disgusting! Cold call that triggered me.

This number first will be an auto recording messaging saying it is from HMRC and if need to talk to a real person, press one.
