SCAM presumably. This number had phoned several times before, according to my wife, asking to speak to my daughter, who has not lived with us for 12 years. This was the first time today I took a call from this number and promptly told the caller to 'go away' (impolitely) and never call this number again. Repeated phone calls, (within working hours). This business sells magazine deals/subscriptions - but if you buy once they don't stop phoning (unless you firmly say/threaten them a few times that you'll report them). They're not the worst by any means.

SCAM came up as amazon re prime membership. On phoning amazon they confirmed they would never telephone their customers re payments. Message sounded reasonably genuine but its a scam so dont press anything, just hang up
SCAM: I believe this caller is possibly cloning local STD numbers. In an American automated-voice it then claims a substantial purchase has been made fron Amazon via your VISA account. Both of these accounts I have since checked and have not been affected in this way, hence my reporting this bogus land-line call.

I have no clue who this is. They’ll ring my phone multiple times a day. The odd chance I do answer, I get nothing, just silence a bit of noise in the background then they’ll end the phone no matter how many times i say “Hello”.

Called and said it's about my O2 account. Very loud sounds of a call centre in the background. I asked who's calling and there was no response. After a while they put the phone down.

Someone called introducing himself as Peter Jones from Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd . they are impersonating a business and personal name by using this landline number to sell a personal loan and trying to get money from people. I checked Finance and Investment solutions Ltd by FCA, and I have been told that Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd is a legitimate company offering only mortgages and its telephone number is totally different from this phone

I had a call on 1/30/2023 from 44+ 0141 628 5948 and the phone number I was a scam they was trying to see what company I was with on my sim card and they was trying to get my bank details because they said my iPhone been hacked and I need a new one and they wanted my bank details.
