She continued to talk over me and asked a question but I just kept quiet until she eventually hung up...probably some sort of scammer?

Received a call stating from British Gas with regards to my boiler cover. Advised that I will be covered for £22 a month and asked for my sortcode and account number. They also advised that if I had any issues with my boiler I should call the freephone number which was 01202 138 752. When I advised them that I work for British Gas Services which I do they hung up. I tried the "freephone" number but this related to another company which has nothing to do with boilers or anything to do with British

To cut a long story short enough to fit the character liimit, this is not the Halifax, despite websites that say it is.
