Phone scam from Pakistan claiming to be Three Mobile. When I said how poor Three were and that I would never consider moving to them they became abusive. I blocked the number and they started calling me through WhatsApp using their personal phones (+92 349 4942139, +92 349 4942137 and others) & said if I blocked them again they would find other ways of calling me & continued their abuse. Call claimed to be from Vodafone retentions department promising me a 40% discount, asked me a bunch of security questions and then asked me to read him the code from a password reset email that he had triggered on my Vodafone account. This apparently would enable him to send me the priority app so I could access 5G calls and VIP features. Alarm bells at this point. I said I'd call him back then checked with Vodafone. They confirmed that this is not a number they use and not to give out any information. SC

Suspect it's Cognism or similar checking they have the correct mobile numbers for contacts they're selling. Ask for you by first name, then when you say it's you, they say a random surname and then claim they must have a wrong number.
Fraud This number is being used in an attempted fraud. I received a letter purporting to come from Lloyds Bank referring to a conversation that had not taken place and asking me to complete and sign a form giving details of my back account, sort code and memorable wo. The letter looks genuine, uses a genuine Lloyds address and gives this number to call with questions.
The caller said your income tax has not been paid, and asked for payment. I know mine has been paid. t#The phone was put down by me.

This number called and simply cut off when answered. Checked on here but there were no comments. Called the number to find it wasn't recognised, as per an earlier call from a different number. I can only assume these are scam calls.
