Said number 01398317195 was from Amazon regarding my prime subscription (which I do not have) wanted me to press numbers, which did not.hung up

A very professional and complicated Fraud/Scam, even the authorities will believe Dean Brewer and his company is very innocent. If you have been a victim of a fraudulent scam and lost money, Dean will say he can get 'All' your money back if you give him £100 per case. You will never get the £100 back as Dean steals it and hides the money. Only UK banks and the real authorities can only get your money back.

A lady calling herself ROSE WATSON rang us on 30.08.22 at around 9am She said she was ringing on behalf of BT claiming ALL my internet details were freely available AND i needed add some of LONG CODE NUMBER She was VERY persistent She called us THREE times One could easily be duped by her !apparent genuineness"

This number is used by scammers. My experience is that they advised me that my PayPal account had been used suspiciously, and invited me to call this number and get the supposed transaction cleared. What made this so dangerous, was the fact that they used the Paypal site giving this number to contact to resolve the problem. Very cute, they nearly caught me, but they asked too many questions about bank accounts, which set the alarm bells ringing. Asked why, the call was terminated.

Came up on whatsapp as "Marga" caucasian female - business account but with the status set as "not a business" asking "hows it going"

"Bank of Scotland" left concurrently 2 text messages and a voicemail, & phoned from 0333 045 9640. 1st text said "You will shortly receive a text from Bank of Scotland Card Services to confirm recent activity on your card ending xxxx" (the actual numbers on my card). 2nd text said fraudulent purchase of £349 from Apple had been blocked. This number calls and claims to be investors. Very rude individuals who call and push you to invest and they are so rude when you decline. They keep changing numbers but it is the same network of people - they are using different numbers to call - I have already blocked at least 10 other numbers they have used to contact me- stay well clear of them please!! If anyone has any idea how to stop them from calling please advise.
