Said he was from british gas and wanted to speak with the business owner about new prices. Told him i could put him through to the account holder if he gave me their name but he couldnt tell me the name of the account holder. I told him we were not with british gas but he read out our address - which can be got from google - and said that was proof we were with british gas. He eventually hung up after 7 minutes of trying
