Very elaborate work scam. This phone number will text saying there is a position in a US company to optimise apps. The website seems legit but once you do all they say. They will ask you to send them money to unblock the cryptomomey. Dont do it and report it.
SPAM call. Keep getting them from same number but with different last 2 digits. Loft insulation, double glazing, etc etc n slam phone down when you ask them to stop calling, then they ring again straight away!!!

Pretended to be from Starling Bank and asked me to confirm a very large online payment. When I refused he became abusive. Sounded quite credible initially and from a well spoken English accent.

Declined the call because was flagged as potential spam. Then I Googled it to find out that it didn't register on Google as a known number. Super suspicious. So I'm blocking the number. Anyone wanting to contact should have my email address.

A gentleman called me in this number - he had lots of info about me which I didn’t like- he basically said I was due some money from a bitcoin account but I needed to open a bitcoin wallet to receive the money - I asked him to send me all the details via email ( he already had my address) and as yet I haven’t received an email - it is worrying when they know so much about you - it is easy to think it is ligit… be careful …

A man with a very strong accent (difficult to understand) spoke about iPhones. I asked where he got my number from and he said 'from your provider, Vodaphone'. Answered 'phone immediately, but seller hung up. Not a clue who it was, or what it was about-I assume an automated random dialing that dropped the call, and should be reported as such. The other reports have left no comment, so I presume they had the same 'silent' treatment.
