I asked to speak to management and the name of manager made up a random name. I said that person does not work in your department- they got angry told me I was being cut off and hung up!! I'm guessing spam - didn't let them get far to find out as I kept quizzing them about who they were and never confirming who they are supposed to be talking to. Said they were from a company called something like brnza (couldn't quite understand the accent) saying they want to email me something on behalf of Dell and they read out an email address they wanted me to confirm (which of course I wouldn't). I basically said this call is unauthorised, I refuse you to email me anything and do not call me again.

I ve been called 5 times today from this number. The caller is difficult to understand in a heavy Asian/Indian accent. Different approach each time he calls, the first time telling me he was from British Gas your electricity provider and wanting to renew my contract, (i m with another company) so I asked him to stop calling and please remove me from his calling list, he just carried on with his spiel so i put phone down.
