By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. Fraud This number was used to attempt a PayPal "fake payment invoice" scam/fraud. My customer received a fake PayPal receipt for Bitcoin and the "support" number they gave prompted multiple callbacks from this number. They will "refund" a bigger amount than the invoice says, then plead with you to get the overpayment back. Once they have your cash, the original "refund" vanishes from your account. Be warned!!
