The call was from someone claiming to be from visa saying somebody was trying to draw £900.from my account.

An Indian sounding man said he was from one of the newest UK 'Habits companies' and wanted to ask me about my habits. Apparently, a recent survey has revealed that the insulation in our loft is illegal, and if we do not replace it, we will be fined by the Government. When asked how thesurvey was completed.
