Apparently someone from "credit investigation" saying I have "several debts" but that they know "I'm paying them off" and attempted to get more information from me. Absolutely a massive scam caller, no company name given and just factually incorrect. They're fishing for some poor person who's in debt that will believe the nonsense they're saying. Cold call claiming to be about my Life insurance from "MEH", they had my name but no details as to who my provider(s) were. Talking about issue of not being covered due to non-disclosure for older policies. Claimed not to be sales, but during the call I did hear in the background applause and cheers (which indicates someone did make a sale in the same room). I suspect it is a scam designed either to sell you a product or get information about your existing products

This company reported to be Heating Services, claims to act on behalf of British Gas Homecare and deals with all their support services. They rang to say they are reducing the cost of my homecare cover and including plumbing and electricity repairs. All I need to do is amend my Direct Debit. This is a company scamming customers as they had all me details.

Probably a scam. Recorded message talked of transaction on my account (what account?) being halted as it was an unusual transaction, and to press 1 to call back.

Insulation claimed my insulation was out of date and no longer used , probably a scam, became quite aggressive when i would not make an appointment

Brechin (Scotland) cloned number allegedly from 02. A scam offering 40% off your O2 account. - I know it is a 100% scam as (a) I have had one of these calls before and (b) I ceased to be an O2 customer 4 years ago. Suspect someone hacked their site or an ex-employee has flogged their data to scammers. Foreign guy said he'd send a special code in a text/email but to not divulge it to anyone - probably because everyone gets the same and they don't want you to compare notes!
