Sometimes there’s silence, other times a heavily accented Asian man from (always incoherent bank name/financial services) mispronunces our name and insists my spouse left information online requesting information. I couldn't understand the caller, very strong Indian accent and I believe they said they were calling from something Assist (but I couldn't hear very well and the line was bad quality too).
