we saw their no. on cheapflights website and we called to book next day flight, they said they are from cheap flights tickets and they will book flight for next day for £450 and then we said give some discount and then they agreed on £440. Finally we transferred the money to their account but we did not receive any ticket the next day or any reference. Service reps do nott turn up for appointments and when they eventually do so they try aggressive sales techniques to get you to enter a contract even though they have been told not at the outset that I do not want one.
