I have been getting calls and text messages from this company they have also left me voice mails demanding I phone them . When I looked online it says they are from a catalog . I have never had a catalogue. And it can t be from tv license because I live with my mum and she pays all the tv license bill . This number called me and I was unable to get to the phone in time. When I called back, I was redirected to a medical practice who had not called me. This happened twice!

Received a woman’s voice message from Careline leaving a message for me by my first name. Stating I should phone back about my brother mentioned by his first name. Phoned back several times., but got no reply. However, it turned out that my family member had been taken to hospital. He was on an emergency system at his home as he lives alone.
