Scam say they are calling from virgin re broadband
website mentioned above does not work. this is defo something not quite right.

recorded message saying my card had been used today for suspicious payments of £300 and £1350 today. Then asked me to press 1to cancel payments and a couple of other options. I terminated the call. Obviously a fraud/scam as no indication of which card was involved.
Answered call and it was a recorded Chinese language voice recording not sure where this is from I just ended the call and put a block on this number.

They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. Someone with a very heavy Indian accent called my mobile today offering me a free phone if I would give him my post code and details, he would then bring it round to me, he also said he was calling me because his system said I was poor and earned less than £3000 a month, I told him his information was wrong and that he was a scammer and should do better with his life, even after all that he still kept asking me for my details, I kept him on the phone for over 10 minutes.
