This company keeps calling and using the wrong surname. Then she asks me to answer yes or no to questions! Definitely think this is a scam especially as she called again today.

I Che ked tge number and it came up as Russian Federation Pyatigarsk. Don't fall for it!
Claimed to be from currys PC World but hung up Would say this was more dangerous than annoying based on another review. Obviously a scam caller and could easily be believed by an older or vulnerable person.

Fraud scam. Scam insurance crash call. The call operator was obviously very new at this. Fumbled and stumbled his way through the script in barely understandable “Hind-lish”. I stopped him and told him he was really terrible at this game, should stop now, he’s not cut out to be another sh*tty scammer. Told him his parents would be ashamed of him. I believe that someone called me from this number was trying to con me. I was told that my bill was being reduced by two pound. I simply said ok thank you and hung up. This call came out of the blue and I live by the phrase if it comes to you out of the blue, it's not for you.
Said they were calling from debt solutions and can wipe out debt. Foreign call centre operator was given my usual torrent of vile abuse. One day they may stop calling.
