SCAM- 0128 240981 I've been bombarded by calls from similar 0128 numbers for past couple weeks. I finally answered this one today (28th October) and it was a lady with an oversees accent with echoey background noise saying she was from the National Debtline. She knew my name and kept asking me to confirm it but I didn't and I kept asking who she was then hung up when she said she was from the debtline. They don't cold call you and it's a totally different number so I blocked it.

If my son wanted them to contact him he certainly would not have given a number he hasn t used for 10 years. Looks like a new number for scammers. Claimed to be from the "Technical Department of Sky", regarding my internet connection. Apparently my router has been sending them reports every time I go online. They hung up as soon as I told them my Sky router hasn't been plugged in for about three years.

This number is for Sendmybag.com's customer service team who contacted me after my order for luggage shipping failed. They were able to resolve within about 2 or 3 minutes.

Fraud Got a phone call from this number. I answered the call and nobody answered for about 20 seconds. Then a very thick Indian accent said "Hello, this is Jenny from BT Openreach.....". I replied "No your not...your a scammer" and hung up. I know and live in this dialing code and there are no BT Openreach offices in this area. Given the accent and that it is BT Openreach (which I don't even use) I suspect this is an Indian based scam call centre.
