Scam. They ask for personal information and try to steal your card details, acting in a professional manner over the phone call. Never reveal any personal info. Rather ask them to verify what they know about you and perhaps you may have a chance to find out where they got your phone number or data from.

Called the number back, an american answer phone message said "your call is important to us stay on the line an agent will be with you shortly" ...so i hung up. Seems...
Had a call from these people today. Save on energy bills. I answered because it came up as a local call. Sounded like a call centre with lots of people in it.

Pre-recorded (though very realistic) message saying I had been involved in a car accident. I said I had (just to see what would happen) and the robot lady apologised for wasting my time. So not only did they harass me, they didn t even do it right!
