Man with a strong Asian accent called one evening claiming to be from "Lloyds Bank" asking to talk to the "account holder" and confirm security details. Called on 11/02/2020. Claimed to be Microsoft technical dept and asked if I was sitting at my computer right now. I asked if he could tell me whether my computer os is Microsoft...

Called and the on my answering, the receiver, definitely a handset not switch, was put down with a clatter.

This number 01784321234 claimed he was from BT. He said I had internet issues. Once I turned the tables and started questioning him, he became flustered. He started contradicting himself. He hung up once he realised he was being reported as a scam because BT would always call from a 0800 number. Reported incident.

Silent call though I could hear some background noise, didn't sound like an office.
