I asked if I could do it online or go to the store he insisted to do it over the phone I said “Nah mate”’ then he asked “sorry why?” I replied “it’s too early.” Then he just asked to call me later, I also heard YouTube in the background or something then he paused it at some point in the conversation I have no clue dude. But I’ve been on phone customers service and they always offer you the online access so for him to bug the hell out is just weird af. S

Fraud claims to be from National Insurance but it is a mobile number.
I was billed twice on 29/8 and again 1/9. Surprise surprise no one answers the 02071129383 number, Ive taken no loan out and not agreed a membership. Watchdog springs to mind!
