It is spoof. Called to say I had a VISA transaction of £600 from China and wanted my mobile number to confirm my details. I said I would ring them back and number was 01865 522373. Rang my bank and it said its spoof.

Claimed to be calling regarding a car accident. Said they were from National Accident helpline but are not (checked numbers and reference number i managed to eek from them to verify who they were). Indian call centre very noisy. Names given Ronnie Roy and Ben. Other numbers i recorded or were given are 01412890631, 01414452513, 12103010001.
