Call centre - Answered this call from a "London based" number. Asian accented male voice, company name unrecognisable trying to sell monthly mobile phone deal. Suspect this is a Calcutta based operative going through a hub to look like a UK caller. Almost impossible to understand the badly fractured spoken English. Hung up because I said it was a rubbish deal.
This scam company have demanded 29 pounds cancellation charge from my dad and have sent the demand using a different company name but with the same phone number the new name is Secure Telephone Services LTD beware of these scammers!!

A girl called me from 01792764700 first. Then passed me onto 01792764700. I told them I have doubt about the call because the girl got my union number wrong by 1 digit and I said I would call them in the office instead. They haven t called me since a week ago. It sounded like an automated response, and probably just the start of a voice mail message, but they said they are: Home Shield Direct I have never heard of this company before; they might be trying to cold call me for a sale. I am not interested; I seek out what I want. This is a harassment call.
