Keep getting these automated calls stating they are from BT about to terminate my landline and broadband. Glad its me that answers the phone not my elderly mother who may have fallen for the scam.

I have been getting calls from this number and others with the prefix 0194885188-- for more than 8 weeks, sometimes 3 times a day despite telling them that I do not have a car and I have not had an accident.

Caller rang saying they were from Studio and that I had missed a payment. When I told the caller I would pay online they became abrupt like they were trying to intimidate me. I later rang Studio using the customer service number on their site; the lady I spoke to told me that Studio don t ring their customers unless they ve requested a callback.
