This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center from Glasgow - this range of numbers 14156892xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with scottish power, but also Post Code Lottery.
