A person called a vulnerable adult and convinced them to buy £225 of paysafe vouchers then provide the pin for these over the phone, unfortunately the person did this prior to calling support staff. The person was in the process of arranging to collect more vouchers as he had been informed that the initial £225 was not enough after all. Support team arrived and ended this, Police were called and provided with information. Do not under any circumstances give anyone calling from this number the time of day.
