They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. Just had a very intresting 1/2 hour phone call with these idiots. Strung him along, he said do this/do that, type in this type in that, of course I kept telling him I was getting all sort of error messages. He said he couldn t get into my computer, I eventually told him my computer wasn t even turned on, I had great fun. I told him I wasn t an idiot and he should find another occupation.

Called a few minutes ago, second time today, asked for accounts department, unfortunately no one was here to deal with accounts. Asked them if they would leave a message but was told they just needed to check an account balance. No more information given, not even a company name. Needless to say if they were a reputable company they would be forthcoming with info. Unfortunately for them, now, no one in the accounts department will be available for quite some time..
