A lady with an Indian accent called saying she was from Microsoft Technical Support. She went on to inform me that our computer was sending them error messages and that we needed to remove them, and if we didn t it could effect the computer OS and that they would stop our services?! The errors she was in fact directing me to were on the computer management window and errors summary page and really nothing to be concerned about.
