A pleasant and professional-sounding female phoned claiming to be on behalf of Spring summer Campaign Funding offering a free survey to see what building work might need doing on my property, and offering - no obligation - to fund one third of whatever the cost of work needed. She was persistent but friendly, trying again the next day. Obvious confidence trick and cowboy company at bets, for which she is the front of.

This seems to be a fake GovUk tax office number.
Fraud - The number was used to send a text message and make a phone call Asia based employees of a company proporting to be the CEO of the company.
I missed the call but as the number is local to me I rang it back and got a recorded message saying "Your Vehicle" company had phoned. I did a search of the number and it had been reported by someone else as a scam where they tell you the insurance company has money set aside for you because of the accident you had!
