Same as previous comment. It begins by making you slightly worried that your tax affairs may not be in order and is quite convincing to the point where I took a note of the number she gave me. Then she ruined it by saying "If you ignore this message then get ready to face the legal consequences". Nobody, let alone a government department, would call with automated messages threatening citizens. Remember that the government works for us not the other way around. Fraud. A text message, which reads: "HSBC. A new payee request was created from an unrecognised device. You can authorise or cancel this request and then there is a website that looks legitimate but clearly isn't." That was a text message at 10:50 am today 08 deb 2021.
