They ve called me 3 or 4 times over the last 3 days, I answer but there is nobody there & the line goes dead. I have called back from my work phone & it is an unknown number. Very annoying.

Says Lloyd's Alert, most likely a scam
An Asian gentleman said he was from talk talk and needed to check my router. Asked for access to my PC which I reluctantly gave as he was able to give me part of my address and my talk talk account number. Offered me a refund of ?200 but I needed to access my bank account. He had control of my PC so I did not want to do this. Hung up on him as he was too persistent for comfort!!!

same as everyone else. it must cost them to call so dont hang up, just put the phone down and let them hang up. It costs them more and no hassle to you.
