This was the TV licencing debt collecting agency, Akinika. Agressive calling. My mobile rang straight after the land line call which I didn t answer. I blocked them on my mobile, but I don t have that facility on my DECT phone. I didn t answer. I m skint over Christmas lol, and intend to pay up on the 8th Jan when I get paid. I owe them ?29.10. Surprised they sent it to a debit collection agency. I had got a letter on xmas eve from the company. Thanks for that, ;-)

I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. Go a couple of missed calls. They don't leave a message. Which is almost as annoying.

I tell him not to call me and that I m hanging up. He then calls me back 7x in a row. And then from two other numbers. Harassment!!

Rang my house saying they calling from frontline servers. The Indian sounding caller told me my name, phone number & address and asked me to confirm if they re correct. I asked who am I confirming it with and why do they need to know and he said I just need a yes or no he s from frontline savers and they are just doing a telephone verification. I said no and hungup
