I have had a call from this number on Sunday, I was looking for cheap flights to India. He offered me a flight to India for ?425, he asked me to transfer money to the bank details he sent me via email. So I had transferred the money and was told that an invoice will be sent once the payment is received. I rang him back on Monday to find out when could I expect my ticket he said he ll email it to me later in the day. Rang home phone number Indian accent said name was Jacob ID 307 - siad he was from sky about my sky repair and maintenance insurance reducing this from £9 to £7 pm. Very persistent and cheeky. I've had two missed calls from this local phone number, but they don't bother to leave a message & when I phone back it is an automated message that let's me know that nobody will answer and I can't leave a message. If you don't warn someone you're going to phone, they're not going to answer. My only guess is that it's someone from the council or Severn Trent possibly.
