Debt collector, I think this is a check up call from Oxford TV licencing Enforcement Division to check if someone aged over 75 and still forced to buy a licence is still alive, The caller asks for you by name and when you say yes they make some excuse about not being able to hear properly saying they will call back later.

This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey. He told me the usual nonsense about my computer but I told him that I was not interested as I had got rid of my computer because of these scam phone calls.
