Was visiting my daughter in hospital when this company phoned an elderly lady in the bed opposite, He asked how she was and she said she was ill in hospital and didn’t feel very well but the caller began his hard sell. She repeatedly said she was not interested but he was firing questions about her meter readings and utility bills. She had her phone on loudspeaker and we could hear how aggressive he was. She was getting visibly upset and eventually I went over and asked if she wanted to continue speaking to
