RTA Scam. They are breaking the law by cold calling numbers on the TPS (Telephone Preference Service). I think the best way to hit them where it hurts (if you have the time) is to keep the on the line as long as possible, keeping them thinking you are/might be interested, without giving out personal (or real) details. The operator told me his calling in connection to a motor car accident i had in the last 2 years, when i politly told him no I had no accident in that time period he rudely through the phone down in my ear.
