Just had a call to my mobile from 0800 731 0114 informing me that they are from BT she knew my first name (BT always address me by my title and surname!) and the last 3 digits of my business landline which she tried to use as confirmation she was from BT. I asked her to confirm my account number and she asked me which one? I said I only have one you should now that. She said she hadn t got that information and would have to contact head office (ha ha). She said I don t want any personal information I said

They call us every day asking for Mr Bedford who has never lived here. We tell them this is private number but they just hang up & call later. So fed up with them!

Someone called to say that they were from the Bank Security Dept to tell me that £400 had been taken from my Account to pay Amazon and another large figure had been taken from my account

Robot voice claiming to be from HMRC telling me there is tax fraud and if I don't press 1 a warrant will be issued immediately for my arrest!
