Very dangerous they are scam folk trying to put a virus on your computer and when the virus installs the program that will encrypt all your files and your computer will be as useless as a waterproof teabag and can no longer access your computer unless you pay a ransom fee off over ?1,000 to put it right These guys are not from Microsoft !!!!!!

Sounds like a third party marketing organisation. Caller could barely speak English. Claims to be calling from CISCO but I don't believe it for one minute.
