Called twice. First time line was silent. The second time 'Chris' telling me he was from an energy efficiency agency and my loft insulation was insufficient. He said that I could have a fee government survey. I told him I had a had a loft conversion, and there was no such thing as a government insulation survey. He hung up. Definite scam.
Caller knew my surname, when I asked where he got my number he said from a data base. When I continued to question him he became angry and told me to stop wasting his time!!

SCAM - call from this number claiming to be from "bank security"; didn't say WHICH bank; or which account; or mention my name, but in a pre-recorded announcement told me there had been "suspicious activity" on my account. Nowhere near as suspicious as their phone call.

Continual calling led me to block the caller.Its a caller on behalf of RSPCA who i already donate to, but i am so fed up i am very close to cancelling my Direct Debit to them.
Silent call Someone was there, I could hear them in the background, but they decided to connect to someone else instead of me and the line went dead, although you could hear the connection take place. On phoning the number back I am told it doesn't exist, so obviously being run by Scammers.
